I know that I see a lot of people saying that T1 frigate PVP is best fought in a RifterGǪ What would be my option if I wanted to use a Caldari frigate? Are missiles/rockets as good as hybrids? IGÇÖm open to using either rockets or hybrid weapons....

I see some stations have a refining percentage of 50 and30%. I have a stupid question. Does that mean that they charge (take) 30% or that you receive 30%? To me, 20% is huge if you factor in perfect refining and standingsGǪ
